That’s not a very satisfactory answer. Were they hacked or not? Why did it ask for my password and why did my iPhone tell me that site might have been compromised? Again, it appears the site owner / manager can’t be arsed, but that might be my prejudice talking.

"There is a test system which is a static copy of the real one. The mail sender in the test system got enabled in error due to all the fiddling needed during downtime."

This week No Monday message from the "Test" page was sent.

Also

"The test system has an additional sign on layer which you would be unable to bypass."
