It is. The brush @Masamune linked to is a brush made for a Portuguese shaving group on Facebook.
It's a nice brush. Soft silvertip, decent backbone (enough to be stable, but not stiff), not as densely packed as previous LE silvertip knots. Maybe a bit long at 53mm.

You might take a chat with Carry from Oumo Shaving Brush. He’s a real gentleman that knows to take care of things. He provided me in less than 2 weeks a first prototype of a custom brush for a forum.

Thats a couple of photos of another wetshaving Facebook group/forum that Carry send me. The custom shaving brush that I organized is currently as we speak in production with the new synthetic ST-1 knots. I can talk about the fibers once I received the final products. Here’s a sneak peak with a 26mm ST-1 fan .
