Recycling has several forms. This was more like upcycling, though.Hey i never realised that if you heat metal up enough, it melts and you can make it into a different shape.
... Obviously it take a lot of heat and power and time and effort, so not really recycling or anything useful like that.

A hundred years ago when I was in secondary school, I made a scriber and a screwdriver in metalwork lessons. (Using the forge frightened the life out of me though!) They wouldn’t have won any awards but I was quite proud of my accomplishments.

I haven’t seen them in years. Must have disappeared during house moves over the years. The actual screwdriver part at the end broke at some point so it may well have been tossed.Do you still have them?
