I have a melamin nub free bowl, works like a charm it's not rocket science, easy to clean, cost 1 pound 50. (when travelling I face lather)

Succumbed and bought one, I don’t really bowl lather but I have a couple of creams I haven’t used for ages and as it is cheap as chips why not

I also generally don't bowl lather, but for the few times I do, I'll stick with my Timeless Razor Blue Shaving Bowl. It works great and the raised patterns really help in building the lather.

How about a fine copper dish with divots.

Fine craftsmanship. I had to dump $7 over at E-bay to see what these jewels are about.
They look tin lined, which is not good, maybe lead, who knows.

It does not fold up, and I would not let our pet piggie drink out of it.

When I was young, good looking and had more style than brains I used to smoke cigars, and enjoyed them a great deal but there was always something in my head that said you had to smoke with a degree of flair, you should never light a cigar with a lighter, always a match, also you should never wear trainers with a suit or drive your Bentley wearing a tracksuit or a hoodie.

Isnt a plastic shaving bowl just a step too far?
