June #five twenty twenty five Shave Of The Day.... was a great one...
Pre-Shave: Warm Shower with Stirling Margarits In The Arctic
Lather Gear: Yaqi 24mm Synthetic Mountain Lake whipped up Red Vitos in a Captain's Choice Copper Aquamarine Bowl. Vitos is a gives a good lather even with my digits whipping it up. I'm not good at describing scents, i get a berry and almond scent.1 more shave left for this piece i pinched off the half bar.
Razor&Blade: 1959 Gillette Adjustable Fatboy(159?) loaded with a Gillette Silver Blue(3). A new GSB that mowed down my facial fur in 2 passes WTG(1) ATG (1). 2 days of growth so i didn't set the Fatboy to a wider gap. 3+ days of fur growth i set WTG to a 3-5. A little surprise touch-up XTG buffing wasn't needed.
AfterShave Gear: Omega Alum Stick then a Nivea Men Sensitive Post Shave Balm. No Omega feedback and Nivea moistened my dry face/neck it's 4 hours since my SOTD and my face is not dry yet...

Cream: Palmolive Men Regular Lather Shave
Razor: King C Gillette
Blade: Astra SP (2nd use)
Aftershave: Reuzel Wood & Spice
Balm: Mont Blanc Legend
Business trip shave cobbled together with various small and easily transportable items. Following a warm shower, a decent lather was whipped up in the dog bowl with the Palmolive cream using my cheapie synthetic brush. Standard three passes with the KCG and a second use Astra SP. The Reuzel Wood & Spice aftershave and Mont Blanc Legend balm provided a very fresh finish. In a phrase, "workmanlike and efficient". Enjoy your shaves everyone...

my last time out with the 34C turned out to be a rather subpar affair.. but the HoM soap brought out the best this time around, and delivered an impeccable shave
