Almost everything was low budget, but certainly not low quality. I find I get more satisfaction from getting great results from cheap stuff, than getting great results from the more expensive ones. Must be my Dutch heritage, no idea. Apart from the razor and blade, everything else used was dirt cheap, but resulted in an excellent shave.

A crackin lather finishing with the Danum splash, smelling all very 70's festivals.

My Shave today consisted of...
Prep Hot shower.
Bowl Captains choice Obsidian Copper.
Blackland Shaving Towel.
Brush Zenith Copper Boar.
Soap MDC Magellan.
Razors Overlander & Blackland Sabre V2.
Blade Feather & Gem.
Aftershave Proraso Green Refreshing.
Today's shave was wonderful even the Sabre delivered this time, I think having a break from it helps and I am convinced the Personna Gem blade is just not something I will ever get on with, it's a shame there is little options in the Gem style blade world.
The MDC scent although subtle was a little stronger to my nose than the Absinthe and rich lather as always was the order of the day.
Last but not least a shout out to my Overlander for a cracking error free head shave, I am so pleased I own this beauty.
All in all, an 9/10 shave.
