PAA CK-6 - one of the few soaps to match B&M but not the usual great shave from the Alpha Spirit with a Super - again it’s a blade from the Horizon (which I need to write up my thoughts on) so I wonder if I’ve damaged the edge at some point 🫤

Well, I have to say that todays Rolls Razor shave was the best this month. Whether it is down to my technique improving or the blade edge is better i am not sure.
I had a very nice slick hydrated lather which i built up on the chin from a tub loading. I completed my usual WTG pass and ATG pass with some XTG touch up on my stubborn areas. I was left with a very nice BBS finish.
The post shave routine was very nice without any indication from the splash.

The Gillette New Short Open Comb 1930's, shaves slightly better than the Merkur 15C OC. Otherwise, I'm totally confused, unless the head attack angle geometry is different.
