Thats it from me for the next two weeks.
Off to Costa Brava.:sun::sun:
If anyone can recommend any bars, restaurants or shaving paraphernalia in Tossa de Mar it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers for now.

A sublime beginning to what looks like another sunny week and the Open Comb reminded me why it's my favourite Micromatic.
Helped along its way by the very slick CRSW lather and capped off by the cheap but lovely Boots Bay Rum.
Happy Shaving one and all.

Good morning friends. I am nearing the end of my vacation in Florida. We board a flight tomorrow and as relaxing as it's been, I'm sick of shaving with a travel kit. I miss my good stuff! A fine three pass shave nevertheless, culminating in a smooth and refreshing finish as thrilless as it was. Enjoy your day friends. ☺

Monday morning shave:

Pre.: Hot water rinse, coconut oil, Proraso white pre-shave cream
Brush: 24mm Cashmere knot on a Shavemac 400 oceanmist handle
Soap: Martin de Candre - L'Original
Razor: Wolfman Razors WR1-SB .86 on a Stork EX3 titanium handle

Post.: Hot water rinse, alum, cold water rinse, Vifrex gel, Proraso white after shave balm, Myrsol "Agua Balsamica" AS, Caron "Pour un Homme de Caron" EdT

Two excellent shaves with the Wolfman WR1-SB .86, smooth, efficient, comfortable (less aggressive than the iKon B1 Standard Bar, but still plenty efficient) two pass shaves (xtg + atg and minor touch ups). Even with strong competitors like the Charcoal OC L3 and the Karve Shaving F, the Wolfman stands its place and performes just great :happy:

Wishing all a good start in the new week, with reasons to smile, good mood, positive energy and sunny, comfortable weather! :okay:

Two holiday shaves down in the cabin in Tjøme. Same Wild West brush, Charcoal razor and TOBS Mr Taylor AS used; one with the latest Eufros Badedas sample, the other with TOBS 50 “Passaround” (printed a label for the pot). For whichever reason the out of home conditions messed up the lathers, clogged the Lvl3 plate, and offered poor glide. Second pass with Lvl2 in both cases, with better results. Close and smooth enough post shave.
