The Type E was a bit much for my cold / sniffle sensitised skin this morning (well under my nose anyway) the rest of my face and neck are smoooooth. If you’ve never tried Mike’s I’d suggest you are missing out.

Notes: A lovely vintage shave today to celebrate Fat February.
I always enjoy the 1912 razor 🪒, it has one of the best decorated handles I have seen on a razor, as well as being a perfectly designed razor that looks and works as well today as it did over a 100 years ago.
My little Milk Churn brush produced a cracking lather with the MWF Tallow and that's not necessarily an easy thing to do with this soap but the brush made it a walk in the park.
A fantastic face and a head shave with my Leaf razor and the wife can't keep her hands off me.

'Fat February' continues with the Hampshire Lanolin Soap. It's a phenomenal performer and is supremely slick with a great post shave feel. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys a good ovine smell!

The Jewel is on its #10 run out with this blade and it's slowly moving from sharp to buttery smooth. It's still got a phenomenal cutting edge to it though. Maybe 3 or 4 more shaves on it. What a wonderful razor.

I don't know what brand this brush is as it was given to me by the lovely @Mike Smart but it lathers up like a dream.

Thoroughly enjoyed tonight's shave. Apologies for the no frills photo.
