Circa 1920’s M. Jung No 80, Flyedge SE

I found the M.Jung that appeared to be NOS. I just performed an abbreviated hone finishing on Thuringian, .3 micron film, and diamond pasted balsa. It’s always performed well.

The Flyedge is a novelty for me being a replaceable twin 1/2 blade with a roller comb. You can hardly tell it’s working until you check and find out it is. These are available on Amazon for $25.

You can pick up these heavy handled 60's Techs in as new condition for next to nothing when they come in one of these travel sets, probably cheaper than a Tech on its own.
A crackin shave today, the brilliant Palmolive mixed in the heavyweight copper Captains Choice bowl with the Smog-Hog brush producing easily enough slick, nicely scented lather for my shave from a hazelnut sized "dollop", the vintage blade holding up well considering this is its 5th 2 pass shave outing.
KCG did not get anything wrong when making these fantastic little razors. i would love an exact copy in Stainless steel, the closest i have are the flawless Feather AS-D1 and WS-D2 versions, however, the handles do not give the same feel in the hand as the shorter Tech handle.
Enjoy your day all.
These sets are cool, here is my late 1940's set I got a few years back for really cheap..
