As I have afternoon appointment at Surgery, the plan was Shave and Shower. Don’t know what happened but no Hot Water !!
I know that Cold Water Shaves are favoured by a few, but not by me as I have a tough beard. Anyway did take the plunge, and got an acceptable finish - not going for a cold shower though.

Warm shower prep with Axe 3 in 1 bodywash

The Van der Hagen doesn't have any bells or whistles but it is a good reliable soap that gets it done. Two lathered passesbrought me ad close to BBS without bloodshed. Gillette soothed my occasional lean on the razor and Stetson set me up for another day at the range.
