The laser blades made in India are triple coated like the schick and Wilkinson sword blades made in Germany. I would say this blade is probably 90% as good as those which are my favourites however I need to bear in mind it was my first shave with them. Certainly smooth. Maybe a tiny bit less sharp. For the cost however can't complain.
