Notes: Tonight's fantastic shave was with my Oren, I first saw it being used by a couple of forum members and they kept giving it rave reviews and that's when my FOMO kicked in plus I am a sucker for the strange and unusual.
It does indeed shave as good as they said and it's been an asset to my den the last couple of years, yet another razor I really don't use often enough.

No, this is the black oxide from the very beginning of Blackland. I was a kickstarter backer for the Blackbird (but originally with the machined finish and 70mm handle).

I'm really enjoying floral scents since March began. Maybe it's the time of year with Spring in the air. Who knows...

The Nacet #2 has really surprised me. I can't really say what I'm feeling on my face in terms of smoothness or sharpness but the results speak for themselves. This Schick razor is a lovely morning razor for me - mild and gentle but capable of shifting 2 days of growth with the right blade. A lovely shave.

I haven’t used this razor (Hawk V3) since 17-March-2025, in fact looking the the shave app I haven’t used an AC blade since last summer - which I’m very surprised about as it’s my preferred blade format. And today’s shave confirms why it is my favourite.
