After Shaves with lighter RazorsI moved onto a relatively heavy one. I seem to be suffering from the aftermath of the heatwave, as my facial skin is dry, so I really worked in some Aleppo soap to soften it up. Got a good lather with the Myrsol,and really enjoyed letting the weight of the Razor do the work. Extremely pleased with the finished Shave, nice and close all round.

Thought I’d give the Atelier a run with a Super (not something I like to do with the Vector but my standard blade in the Spirit).
It went well during the shave but I have a number of tiny weepers now but I think the bigger exposure on the blade made the razor easier to use and less angle sensitive (or I’m now getting used to it)

It's heading for triple digits again today. This soap lathers like a hard soap. The synthetic handles it well. Two passes to near BBS. The skin bracer adds a cooling finish.
