My Happy 84th Birthday Bruce Lee Shave today consisted of...
Prep Hot shower.
Brush Highlander LE2023 Boar
Soap Zingari man The Watchman.
Razors Leaf & Blackland Dart.
Blade Bruce Lee blade (1).
Aftershave Zingari man The Watchman splash.

Today would have been Bruce Lee's 84th Birthday and what better homage than to use the Dart.

No not that Dart but the Blackland Dart, just as deady in the right hands.
I used my best brush and a brilliant soap to create a lather fit for a true master.
To finish off I opted for the deadly but unassuming Bruce Lee blade.
The Dart was so efficient with this blade that I could have very easily stopped with one pass but I played with danger and drove onwards with two.
I am now left with a BBS face and head and ready to party.
Enjoy your day ahead everyone

Ps
Bruce Lee fact of the day.
He has statues in 4 different countries, not bad for someone who only lived a short time.

A nice, surprisingly smooth shave with the Schick band razor, i am still on blade #1 now with 7 shaves on it, i have read stories of some blades going like the Duracell bunny, going on and on and on, well into deep double figures.

See post #16, although the thread is pretty good if you are interested in picking one of these up.
The feel of the shave on the skin for me is similar to a blade that is about to drop off its best, still cutting easily with that "purr" rather than the clean - crisp cutting sound of a new DE blade.
The finish is excellent and very comfortable, i do have some tiny areas of light roughness which i can find during the face feeler, these are no way noticeable to the eye, probably down to me rather than the razor.
I may even use this as my main December razor just to see what happens with this blade.
Yes i did enjoy that shave.
Enjoy your day all.
