Bringing FatBeauty out for another Fatboy Friday, this time with a new soap and splash aet.
A wonderfully smooth 3 pass shave, this evening as I prepare for a busy weekend.
They really weren't kidding with the description of this soap scent.
Opening the jar, you're immediately smashed in the nose with a strong pine sap scent and I was worried for a second I'd end up smelling like a magic tree car air freshener.
But like a lot of soaps, you don't get the full scent until you build a lather.
With coniferous once you start to lather, it transforms into a complex array of evergreen and woody scent notes which left my bathroom smelling as if it'd been transported to an evergreen Forrest.
And made me feel like I was tagging along on the thearch for a tree ath a thymbol for the thpirit of the Grithwold family Chrithmath.
As usual with Stirling, it took plenty of water and made for excellent glide and cushion.
I finished off with the matching aftershave splash.
Normally I'd go with a balm but it was unavailable and although I already have multiple Stirling products, this is my first experience of their splashes.
Thankfully it was very pleasant, not so much as a burn as a very brief initial sting followed by a soothing sensation which quickly left the skin feeling calmed and soft.
Hope you all have great shaves and an equally great weekend!
