The Ascender Skyline R1
Personna Lab Blue (2)
Shavemac - Silvertip 2 Band
Nomad Theory - Magens Bay

Witchhazel & Baume.be (ASB)

I think The first couple of shaves i did not tighten the razor enough. the last part seemed to have a bit more resistance than usual.
once properly Tightended it became a lot smoother.

How do you like the Skyline? I’m curious about how it compares to the Apex-Ti razor in your opinion 👍🏻
the Apex feels more like a rake to me, i dont know why, maybe it has a more forward balance or different Angle.
in that sense i have the same feeling with Sbarba Stormbreaker.

the Skyline has a more clasical shave feel. slighly agressive but still smooth. i guess a bout the same level of agresion as the Apex.

Los Jabones De Joserra - Space Apple (Duck Fat - non Vetonia)
Rockwell 6c Gunmetal #6, #5
Personna Lab Blue #3
APShave Co - Silksmoke 28mm
Cien X-Bolt After Shave
Boss Bottled Collector's Edition

The problem with Joserra and his hyped soaps is that every one is practically a different formula, which behaves totally different too.

This particular one, while it smells so good, produces a very low structure lather, very fatty , with a killer residual slickness just after the pass, but if you rinse a bit more dissappears quickly, the razor stops and the #6 of the Rockwell becomes a bit dangerous, although smooth enough.

I was feeling the blade more than I like during the whole shave, 2 passes WTG/ATG, and got a near BBS result.

Does it really matter? No. 30€ for a soap that is no better than WestMan's Halo vegan base that costs 23€, and to create a good lather gets finicky.

It's not easy to introduce air into the texture and with more water becomes goopy although shinier. The mechanics of the lather are good, but the Spanish Fern in the same "base" is a better soap overall.

That means that he doesn't really have any real base, it's just he and his hands with the ingredients next to him.

If you decide to buy directly from him, soap is 24€ but the shipping from Spain to Greece is 10€. You may bring three soaps with the same cost but for me it's not worth it anymore. I have 3 soaps (this, the fern, and Spicier Than You Think, which is a kinda ridiculous name for a scent. It's like "The Assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford" title, although a great movie that gives the whole plot before even go to the cinema.

Not a bad soap, but not the lather structure I expect from a 30€ soap. And I loaded over 30 seconds in a bloomed soap with a drier brush just to be sure.
