This Timeless SS .68 is the best d/e razor I have.
I don't use it as much as should. (Rockwell 6S is my 2nd best)
Impossible to nick yourself, smooth af, great handling on the heavy weight side, fantastic engineering
& I personally think better than the titanium version which I had in the .95 but I sold it on. It again was great but the .68 for me hit the sweet spot.
If you want the lighter touch in a Timeless, for good value go for the aluminium, that is a fantastic razor.
I will never sell this & it is heirloom quality.​

Just about the perfect shave today with this combo.
3 ultra smooth and efficient passes with the slim and a feather blade that just seems to get better each shave.
This Slim was my first introduction to vintage Gillette razors coming up on six years ago and it consistently reminds me of why I became so obsessed with them.

The Captains choice copper bowl and Captain Fawcett brush paired perfectly to quickly whip the soap into a well hydrated voluminous lather.

It turned out the soap rotation gods had smiled upon me today as it's frigidly cold here with weather over the last 12 hrs ranging from sunny spells, to rain, hail, and snow.
So the warm amber and oud along with the pronounced post burn warmth of the matching splash was just the ticket.

Notes: It was a sad day indeed when Executive Shaving closed it's doors, the shaving creams are world class.
My new bowl whipped up a lather that I was not sure whether to put it on my face or eat it ha ha.
Another good shave with the 3D printed Henson.

How do you find the Denim Balm? I've not really spotted it before. I've got a few splashes which I really like.
