Hey folks,
Just a quick update, I have been told I will have 6 months of chemo as a 'mop up' after my bowel resection a couple of months ago. I have an appointment with the oncology outpatients dept in 2 weeks time. Its going to be a rough 6 months, but hopefully this will zap those sneaky cancer cells that 'might' be hiding somewhere. They gave me a list of 'Possible' side effects and I almost didnt need laxatives :P
I have a very good team looking after me and the Macmillan nurse is brilliant nothing is too much bother for her.

Thanks folks, Its the waiting that gets to me, I am expecting to start the cycles this month and waiting for the appointment is agony. Just want to get on with it and out the other side.
