A farewell Shave with the King Cobra. A Razor not for the faint hearted, but it does deliver a fine Shave. Just have to make space in my rotation for new purchases. Honestly I do not use it enough and It is going to a good Home Should really clear out some Vintage stuff too.

Thanks to the generosity of Brian (@culcreuch), I got to try the Clubman soap. My local Superdrug doesn't stock it and he very kindly sent me two cakes.

Second shave with this blade and it's much smoother, but this lather had a lot more cushion than the Tallow and Steel, so that also helped.

The PAA Starling is probably the cheapest of the Modern Gem SEs. I find it to be very aggressive compared to the Micromatic. Handled carefully it delivers a good close Shave, but not as comfortable to use as a 1924/Streamline which are my best performers.

I have tried the PAA Starling , Sabre L1, and the ATT SE-G , no none of those Shave as well as this ER 1924 fitted with a long handle. Smooth and Comfortable and capable without effort of delivering a first class all round finish.

Streamline Sunday
There is no doubt that modern AC/SE razor deliver good Shaves. However, I think that there is nothing more satisfying as getting an equally good Shave, from what for me is the Rolls Royce of the Ever Ready Razors.
