I've actually had this bottle since 2019. Picked it up at a local brick & mortar discount store chain. I've used it sparingly since it's been discontinued and such an elegant & clean masculine scent. I've been using Arsh by French Avenue more as it has a close similarity to Ideal Cologne. Not a 1 to 1 replica but, close enough to get my fix. Arsh is slightly sweeter and denser as well. Not as airy as the OG with that distinct almond note that is more pronounced in Ideal Cologne. I also have Cologne Forte and it has a close proximity to it as well but, I get a more leather & vetiver accord in the drydown which makes Forte a potentially perfect signature scent for year round use.

Well. Still a great score. I have Idéal edt, Extreme, and Intense. Early picks when I was starting out, because every reviewer was talking them up. Not always in the mood for them but I think they’re very nice.

Good, discontinued fragrances are fun. I think Hermes Rocabar is the only one that I try and go sparingly with. Still available but getting scarce.

Cologne Forte must be a good one. I never get tired of leather fragrances. Bel Ami Vetiver is probably my favorite any time/any occasion fragrance. Spicy leather and vetiver.

Another vote here for Arsh. I missed out on Platine Prive after being cautious buying a sample instead of a bottle. I'm just about finished the extreme. Probably a couple of wearings left.
