A wonderful set up as usual. May I ask you impressions of the Grafton post shave products and the EDC? I love the Grafton scent.

Okay, my turn to rave about a shave. I just received an Omega 011842 boar brush from Paul at www.connaughtshaving.co.uk a few days ago and this was my first drive out with it, along with a Tatara Nodachi, and the long-esteemed T&H 1805 shaving cream.

Have you ever experienced something that was everything you wanted in that object, but never knew you wanted in an object? Well, this brush is it. Brand new, only soaked in warm water and Fairy so it didn't smell like @Wayne and then off to the races (as it were). Brush is amazing! I don't know how it can get any better in the months to come, but I'm willing to find out. Soft as it could be on the face, yet with enough backbone to whip up a lather in a Fine lathering bowl in less than 30 seconds. The Nodachi, paired with my trusty PolSilver SI blade was something I've only experienced with the AS-D2, and the Pils. Two passes WTG, no redness, no irritation, no cuts, no scrapes -- in fact, it was one of those shaves where you have to check to make sure there's a blade in there.

Just bloody wonderful! :bravo:

Schick Proline ( 5 )
Tuff Green A/S Lotion

Another Shave with The Hiram which I am currently using over a few days ,rather than using a fresh Razor every day.
The Shaves seem to be getting progressively better, more so today as this Wool Fat soap is really good. Not only is it good to Shave with, but post Shave it leaves my skin feeling refreshed.
