Tell me please , is it possible to add or change emojis in message reactions?

Sometimes want`s to add an emoji that expresses maximum rapture, like "Bellissimo" or something similar.

I've received two warnings on B&B. In a discussion about vintage razors, I linked to the original website. This is strictly prohibited by the rules. Regarding emoji, I understand I can insert them as images. I meant adding or replacing them programmatically, for example, instead of the unkind emoji (I don't believe anyone would say anything on this forum that would provoke such a reaction).
