I'd recommend Shaveworks Cool fix for when you've really over done it. It's the best I've used when I've been raw.

Weleda aftershave balm is great for soothing razor burn, the only downside is that it isn't as moisturising as some other balms.

I use Nivea Men cream daily as I love the moisturising properties, however Weleda has a more healing effect.

I
Rhino Skin Ingrow Ease
Arko Yagli Balm
I am lucky enough to have a very good knowledge for all the arko products being of turkish decent and second that Arko Yagli krem is a good for moisturizing qualities but I find Arko EXTRA SENSITIVE balm is far better to help cool and repair.
But never tried the rhino, what end does it come in on?

So if we're talking red raw where even pure aloe stings what then.
Pure aloe is too stingy for irritated to the point of broken skin. You need to dial it down with a mix of propolis and aloe in the same cream. It feels heavy, maybe even a little greasy going on, but drys to a matt finish and is very soothing. We were a hit in our NCT group when we introduced it for nappy rash, when the butter / sudo creams weren't cutting the mustard with their little ones.

OK are we talking the Forever branded propolis cream or mixing up your own? And I've used bepanthen to help healing but it won't sooth. Interested in the propolis cream. Please don't say it's the Forever branded one and that you are a rep lol

It was a forever one, no affiliation, so won't be trying to sell anyone anything, just found it worked well (and that the gel stung like hell!)

Balm-wise, I quite like Myrsol Emulsión and Proraso Balsamo Dopobarba. But I usually use a splash followed by a moisturiser. Unrefined shea butter is excellent and I also like nut oils such as argan oil and rosehip oil after an evening shave. However I'm currently testing some Eucerin and Olay moisturisers, with and without sun protection, instead.

What do you use for the repair and heal mode

I use prevention rather than cure. Fortunately, my skin is slightly dry yet forgiving so, if I go over-the-top, a gentle moisturiser and a job that involves neither air-conditioned offices, outdoors pursuits, nor prolonged sun exposure means that I don't have to worry about tender skin for long. I don't get told off if I didn't shave that morning by the boss - nor The Boss for that matter - so I usually shave twice every three days and generally 'just' the two passes.
