My better half has suggested:

1. Sh'Oud or Oudeesh

And our friend in Abu Dhabi suggested:

2. Rouh al Oud, which means in Arabic 'Soul of Oud' although we would apply a direct translation of essence of Oud.

Abu Dhabi WhatsApp getting quite caught up with suggestions now!!

Ok.....last suggestion:

Old Arabic name for a backstreet head of the merchants, including spice markets in amongst the bars, they describe as a "Prince of the Streets):

Shah-Bandar

Historically, he was dressed in the best silks and had the best spices etc.

Excellent suggestion, only one issue my wife's maiden name is Shah and bandar in Punjabi means cheeky git :) It would make for a good comedy sketch sneaking this into the den lol

I am not in due to the description of the scent profile... Scent tastes are very subjective, and I'm very selective with darker, smokey, woody type scents.

However, P&B is awesome! The slickest soap I own, bar none. For those that like this type of scent, sure to be a winner.

I'd like to warmly thank P&B... and especially @Nishy and Against the Grain for getting these really excellent Group Buys (and pass arounds) going. Really top notch blokes here; says something about the strength of this particular community. ATG is the best in my book!
