I’ve had the pleasure of using the Salient as there’s a pass around going on here in the US and having owned and shaved with every Paradigm made I’ve did two reviews on the Salient. One where I’m just using the razor by itself and then I did a side by side Shave Off where I’m using both the Salient and a Paradigm Diamondback in comparison.

Bottom line the razor is an excellent shaver and quite efficient/effective at knocking down beard 1growth. It has some blade feel when compared to the Diamondback but if you ride the top cap or the SB/closed comb it becomes very smooth. After my review Andrew of Paradigm reached out to me and he’s going to be making some more handles that represent the more familiar Art Deco style for the Salient and offer it has an option in the near future and also he’s going to make a Ti Version of the Diamond back and they will both be made in the USA. He and and I have had a few phone conversations on a bunch of subjects so I may be able to answer some of your questions or concerns about the Salient. I’ll also have to say I don’t represent the brand. I am just a fan of the brand and for me Paradigm razors have been some my best shaving razors throughout the year’s in my den.
Also, if everything goes right in discussions you will probably have a Euro Vendor for Paradigm razors soon as they are my vendor In Europe.
