I'm feeling you. It hasn't been good, though certainly not out of any desire on this end.
I got the razors, and the finish on them is okay, not as good as I'd like to see. So I'm hand polishing. Labor intensive, but worth it. Here's a pic of a *production razor*, not a sample.
Look for your razor to ship tomorrow.

After I get some good razors out, I'll probably write a blog post giving the history. It’s been a struggle, and I really haven't had much to say without feeling like I'm digging a deeper hole. The timeline has just been blowing up.
These razors will ship in batches now — it won’t take too long to get them all out. It’s taking about 45 mins per razor, excluding fulfillment. That's polishing head, plate, and cap in a two stage process with ultrasonic cleaning following each stage, assembly, wiping with a jeweler’s cloth, final inspection, and boxing. I'll post pics of the polishing setup tomorrow on Instagram. It has cost me over $2000. The polishing compound alone is $70/stick. It’s diamond and hard ceramic, hence the high price.
I'm genuinely sorry about the inconvenience and suspicion this has generated. These razors shave great, and now they look great.
FWIW, I issued immediate refunds to anyone who requested one. Over 20 people.
