Your Welcome, yea I can relate!. Although you could probably pick a tube of the Menthol over in Greece for peanuts. It’s a bit more pricey and harder to get over on this side of Europe.

This is the Palmolive Menthol cream from Egypt. Truth be told it’s as great in the lathering department, is as icy cold as the Italian version, the skincare is just as soothing as the other Palmolive creams, but the scent is not so nice. At least not to me.

It's good but for me it's not slick enough. The Arko sensitive skin works bit better for me.

I read somewhere that the Palmolive Shaving Cream is over 100 years old, a great product, does what it should and is inexpensive. My concern is that it is an oddball product for Palmolive so enjoy it while you can.

Post above said the price was £1.80 at Morrisons in 2019, still at that price today.

£2 still at Sainsburys. I always have a glance when i go shopping.

I used Palmolive cream it a lot when i started DE shaving again and I dug out a part used tube to shave this morning. Rich, thick creamy lather that's easy to whip up and it's very protective in use. I kind-of like the scent, even tho its not the most high-end and sophisticated.

Only tiny downside (for me) is that it drys my skin slightly after use (as did the Palmolive stick) , so i need to splash plenty of water on afterwards.

Other than that a great performing shave cream, at a bargain price. I still have 4 unopened ones in my stash
