Not sure which shipping rate PAA offers, but Italian Barber is another option and will set you back $24.99. Here. They ship alcohol.

Tvbshaving and yourshaving also stock some PAA products but mostly older ones. Note that yourshaving offers and have in stock quite a few PAA razors too btw.
