Did you order two or did they make the same mistake as when mine were sent from spain and send double the order

I ordered/paid for 2 brushes, both from Spain, both with huge glue bumps. After measuring them, the glue bump is closer to 15mm!

I ordered one from spain and the order was canceled with them saying they couldn't ship to the UK from spain. While trying to get a refund two Sagrada brushes arrived both from spain., I was lucky both had 3mm if that bumps and one has been given to my cousin or i'd send you my spare

Both of your brushes had 3mm glue bumps? I can't believe mine have 15mm glue bumps.

I've sent them a message and pictures at AliExpress. I've bought a bad brush from them before and they replaced it but that was a while ago.
I'm stunned at how poor the QC is.

In my experience aliexpress has trouble understanding the glue bump problem since it can't be 'photographed '. Burned me twice.

David you will most likely enjoy Sicily in summertime. It is on my buy list too. Madagascar and Himalaya are cousin scents but I think I definitely prefer deeper scent of Himalaya.

In my experience aliexpress has trouble understanding the glue bump problem since it can't be 'photographed '. Burned me twice.

Whenever they hear glue bump they send a knot without glue on it.
