Fact is, unless you are hunting a bear, the interaction is mostly likely to be sudden. What anyone would do in this situation is pure speculation.
Thanks for pointing that out as it appears that the web lies again.

Ok, you're anti-gun, we get it, now leave it be, no one here is breaking any laws, nor do we wish to.The use of any firearm to defend against bear attack is a moot point in any park in Canada because they are banned.
It is even harder for foreign visitors to bring firearms into Canada unless for legal hunting purposes which generally require local guides. US citizens may bring firearms into Canada in their vehicles after declaring them on the Canada side if they are transiting to directly to Alaska. That means not stopping to sightsee for a few days here and there along the way and certainly not in parks for any reason.

No, I am not anti-gun and have owned and used many rifles, pistols and shotguns in my life. The possession and use of which has become increasingly imo difficult over the last 60 odd years in Canada. They are now imo ridiculous and make nobody any safer. I realize it is very different in the US, and you enjoy it that way. I have never said anyone is breaking any laws no matter where you happen to live.Ok, you're anti-gun, we get it, now leave it be, no one here is breaking any laws, nor do we wish to.
I don't think so.Join our vibrant Facebook page for updates and ensuing hilarity whenever someone comments after believing something we have written.
That's near me I will buy.of that spray and let the mother in law tell me if it works.
I got mine during Covid with no appointment, just stood in line where you get your drivers license. You’ll need a birth certificate, passport if you have one, your drivers license, and a two proofs of resident like property tax and utilities. The process itself is quick. When I moved to another state, I went to a small town and got it done in 10 minutes.I live in NJ. I have a regular (Non Real ID) driver's license and my passport expired several years ago. I am planning to fly to to Miami next month and I am just learning that Real ID cannot be applied for online. It requires an in person appointment. I went online to book an appointment and there aren't any. The best I could do was in South Jersey two hours from me. I don't understand this process. How do you expect people to secure a Real ID if you can't provide suitable avenues for visiting a MVC within a reasonable distance? I'm livid. Yeah. I know. Wait until the last minute. But I've been checking for appointments for a while now. There never are any available. This is just insane. Ok. I'm done.
We already knew you are not against guns. Whether you are or not does not change the laws where you live. And, you are not being a jerk. No, I am not anti-gun and have owned and used many rifles, pistols and shotguns in my life.
