New pizza oven

Oddly enough yes, as it fires in 15 mins and can cook a pizza in 60-90 seconds I have been making quite a few pizzas for the family. Also cooked a tagliata steak in it in under 15 mins! One day I roasted a haunch of venison from a muntjac deer but it was a wee bit over cooked. It beats the 4 hour wait I have with my old wood burning oven!

Good to hear it's getting use!! It's one of those things I imagine I'd love for a few weeks and then it would tail off...
