...great to see a relatively established company innovate, take a risk and invest back into the company especially when American start-up's are surfing the crest of a wave with the current demand for stainless steel razors that are capturing so much of the high-end market. I wonder with the recent discounting of current Muhle stock, if the company will re-position itself further up-market.

To think that Edwin Jagger entered into a quasi-partnership with Muhle to produce the 89 head and both companies shared a similar business model, yet Edwin Jagger did not respond to the release of the R41, a tour de force for many. It would be a shame if EJ are content just to sweat their existing assets and produce countless more handle designs.

In any event this planned product release looks like good news for Wet Shavers and hopefully will strenghen Europe's DE offerings in an increasingly diversifying and competitive market.

Their synthetic fibres have been on point for a while, now the razors look to be getting there, just need to make a decent soap next.

Wouldn't say no to trialling a head only i.e. coupled with my Red Horseman handle. Not interested in the brushes but I do like the stacked birch bark handles on both. Too many damn shaving products of all descriptions!!!

This is the first razor that has interested me since I hot my mongoose. Learning the price may change this, but I love the look of it. Especially the wood one.

I like the slim head design, fear it may clog easily or be quite mild. Look forward to hearing the reviews. Quite like the wooden handle, hopefully as mentioned before the black coating doesn't peel. Head looks very much like the R108 minus the solid safety bar.
