New Mühle stainless steel razor 'Rocca'

The Rocca arrived today just in time for a first shave.
It looks great and I really like the look of the handle with the birch bark. The Razor feels a bit top-heavy, but with the birch bark you have a lot of grip.

As I said, it was just my first shave with the Rocca (2x wtg, 1x atg), so I can't say very much, only that it was ok.
It seems not to be as mild as the R89, but also not as aggressive as the R41. When shaving, the Rocca feels a little bit more aggressive than it is. I had the impression, that I felt the blade a little bit more.
I have a somewhat sensitive skin, and I had no irritation after the shave.

Still have to find the right angle when I shave with the grain. But the stubble still standing after 2 passes WTG were gone after one pass ATG.
No blood, no irritations and a smooth shave. So I would say it was a good start for the Rocca and me but I need more shaves to say more.

what are your thoughts after a week?

After a week I'm quite happy with it. Works great for me now. I would say, that it's a bit more aggressive or direct than the R89, but the result is similar.

I'm sure that a company like Muhle will have taken into account that it will get wet and treated it accordingly, however I prefer the look of the black handle. Knowing me it'd end up on an iKon Bulldog anyway...

This Rocca razor sure seems tempting. Almost for the same price I could buy Rockwell 6s though which is also SS ( and multiple plates are extra) I would like to find some more reviews on the Rocca.

Still not available in the USA and I think sold out in Europe. So not many guys have them to review.

I just can't be bothered with new DE razors these days. The BBS-1 'saved' me and I wish you all find 'the one').

(I'm 100% sure that will come back and haunt me real bad one day).

Disclaimer: I'm still waiting on some Rockwell 6c from a kickstarter some time ago but can't see myself buying a new DE razor anymore.

(Ok, now it's just getting ridiculous, that's BOUND to come back and haunt me. Should I even click "Post Rep...
