I think a must have list is :

A razor + a blarw
A boar bruah
A soap or a cream
Plus an aftershave liquid / balsam.

Schick Injector razor + blade. Omega Proraso boar, Speick soap, Nivea aftershave.

Apart of the razor which you have to buy it used, I think you would do well with a 20 - 30 pound budget for some months.
