Had an eye test. Well, I did when I eventually got to Boots Opticians, after going to the wrong out of town shopping centre and getting lost trying to find the one I’d been to several times before…
On the other hand, the eyes are fine and I don’t need to go again for another two years.
Which gives me plenty of time to forget where to go again.

more weather crap... got a cuppla inches of snow last night and today is 4⁰Eff (-17c) with up to 50mph wind making it feel -26⁰Eff (-32c)... the heavy wind is nearly constant...

I went for a walk along the canal path this afternoon.
It was damp, with an arctic wind which had such a frigid chill that it could cut the nips off you if you turned against it sharply enough.
Saw at least two ducks, the third may have been a goosander.
Difficult to say as the aforementioned nipcutter winds caused a mild to moderate case of eye moistness, which made positive waterfowl identification difficult.

Wish it was like that here. There are some parts of the UK that have had rain every day in January. It's been raining non stop. It's fairly normal in the North West of the UK to see rain but it's getting v painful now. I feel so sorry for those guys down South where it's flooding.

I am considering washing the Tahoe tomorrow with another application of ceramic coating.Had the car washed today.
Sparkling...
(Except the guys who did it must have used the power spray while the boot was open and we now have a small pond in the back!)
