One thing for sure is that our's is not the only military that has had such tragic incidents happen. That is not an excuse, just an acknowledgement of when you mix humans with dangerous materials the possibility is always there for an incident of this type to happen. Personally, I doubt there will ever be a clear cut explanation of what happened or who was responsible. That seems par for the course too.

In cases like this in general industry that also seems to hold true.

Question 10
"Should Alberta remain a province of Canada, or should the government of Alberta commence the legal process required under the Canadian Constitution to hold a binding provincial referendum on whether or not Alberta should separate from Canada?"

This isn't a "yes" or "no" question. Voters will be asked to choose one of the following two options:

Option 1: Alberta should remain a province of Canada.

Option 2: The government of Alberta should commence the legal process required under the Canadian Constitution to hold a binding provincial referendum on whether or not Alberta should separate from Canada.
