Shipito is fine as long as things work out alright on auto-pilot mode but god forbid if you ever have to contact their 'online customer support', be warned that you will be wasting your time on auto-bots and keep going in circles unless you write e-mail.
Also they have a fee structure wherein nothing is upfront and you get to see the 'bouquet menu' when you are ready to commit yourself to the shipping charges. It isn't a deal breaker but they could have been more transparent about it. But I believe they are not alone in this practice.
Another thing I have noticed is that irrespective of default (cheapest) cost paid to Shipito; when the final 'hauler' is USPS then I am not slapped with custom duties but Aramex and other parcel aggregators tend to attract eye watering customs charges. Despite flagging this to Shipto every time I book a parcel, they simply ignore any customer inputs and get on with whichever way they are pleased.
In all, they are just unresponsive necessary evil I need for certain goods otherwise I wouldn't recommend them to a casual user.

That's interesting, Raj. I haven't bought anything from the USA requiring Shipito in over a year. Never had any reason to contact their CS as everything worked like clockwork for all my transactions. Thanks for the heads up.
