Where I can find this soap

Joserra is a Spanish craftsman who makes toilet soaps and shaving soaps. He recently made a limited edition for the British Based Shavers group and also for some other Spanish and American forum.

It has no website but you can contact him through Facebook.

I do not know if you can put a page address here or I am infringing any forum rule, so if I can put it ok, and if I can't, I have not problem to send private to anyone who wants

It's not as dense as the Simpsons Chubby but I personally prefer that. This brush is definitely in my top 3 brushes.
