It used to be a glass bowl. That description is out of date - they changed to plastic at least three years ago. I've check my Aussie supplier and it available in 200g recyclable PETG jar with screw top, cost $105 AUD...... Ouchie 😨 plus free postage..... It's about bloody time an Aussie supplier sells MdC.
