hello all, just a quick intro.
Have been wet shaving for a few years both de and lately am trying straight razor shaving with some success in places.
Razor wise I use the following;
ATT S1
Rockwell 6s v2
Merkur progress
TI basic straight
Ralf Aust straight
Brush wise;
Shavemac custom 2 band
Plisson brush

How does the ATT compare with Rockwell? Which setting on the progress would be comparable with the S1 or the Rockwell for that matter?

No real direct comparison but the 4 base plate on the Rockwell and about 4/4.5 on the progress for me. Its just that the slant gives you more efficiency with less blade exposure.

Yes even though I sold mine as taking a difference shaving direction with SRs. Like my ATT S1, you can chuck it around you face and have a very, no very very good shave.
