I remember my driving instructor (back in the day) being somewhat of a hero, claiming Tabasco was like water to him and that the Mad dog chilli sauce (I posted above @ 1 million scovilles) would not even bother him. After one teaspoon (crazy amount) and a fair amount of swearing he drove to pick up his next student. I then received a call an hour later. He had to get the student to drive to his house so he could sit on the loo (cancelling the remainder of his lessons for that day) whilst his wife drove the student back home. Next week he didn't care for anymore!

STB is really very good and very flavoursome. There are loads of idiots on youtube drinking it neat and the results are never good. I just use it in cooking and on things.
No water in it the liquid carrier is lime juice if I remember correctly.

This one has a very good flavour without inducing the feeling you are passing napalm the next day. It's also widely available in the UK.

Haha it has been known. Its stupid on its own but due to being extracted oil, it has no flavouring. It's just gives a bit of a kick. One drop ha

At the moment I've got these on the go. I keep on trying different ones rather than rebuy other than Sriracha.
If you're not aware hot sauces are usually rated 1 to 10 and then above that is usually just in scovilles.

Dr Burnorium psycho juice
Red Savina - 9
Habernero - 8
Ghost pepper - 10+

Louisiana hot sauce

Normally I'd have some mid range strenghts but I'm currently all out.
I usually have a green type, which is good on fish and salads. But not at the moment.

Love Frank's, heard its pretty unhealthy being butter based but boy does it taste good, especially when coating wings.

That explains why I don't like Frank's. The underlying buttery taste is really off putting to me.

I usually like a nice hot sauce but for a milder change Tesco Churrasco sauce is really nice. Mild heat but a lovely intense flavour

I've tried this three times now, the first time I thought it was lovely, a nice heat but flavoursome, the subsequent two times we have tried it, it tasted different, the flavour wasn't there, just a bit of heat. I recommend trying it if you're in there, but I'm not sure if the flavour changes over time. It also isn't their hottest in my books. We have Hot, Extra Hot and Extra Extra Hot sauces on a separate plate that we dip stuff into, the Vusa isn't as hot in my opinion.

I currently have Tabasco with camping at Scotland.
Encona at home.
Fruity scotch bonnet sauce (from Aldi I believe) is also in the kitchen cupboard. This is very hot but a decent flavour.

I'm also a fan of Mr Vikki's sauces and pickles made here in Cumbria!
King Naga is hot hot hot, but tasty I'd you go easy with it.
