I’ve had a look at the ingredients list and am surprised this performs as a shaving soap. Single lye and SLS. Hmm…
I have to admit, I'm completely uneducated when it comes to soap ingredients and what their purpose is as far as performance, so I couldn't possibly speak to it, but it lathered comparably to the Stirling soaps which have become my go to and performed very well during the couple of shaves where I've used them so far.

Recently tried Nordic Company Sandalwood and was very disappointed with the foam. It doesn't last at all! After aplying it, and during shaving, the foam is fading away. Anyone else had similar experience or am I doing something wrong here?

Sometimes, the top of the soap gets quite crusty and doesn't work quite well.
Try getting the soap out and lather using the bottom of the soap and see if it still happens.

The two which I have which come to mind are Signature Soaps and Dr Selby. Quite like the Blue Cella as well. I ve been using a Proraso White of late and I find this super value for money vs performance. There are so many good ones now though

This is the only one I have, and it has no slick or cushion, it does rinse out easily though. Vegan is crap, if this is what it's like.
