I actually have no opinion on the matter.
The reason I have no opinion on the matter is because I have never looked into it.
I have barely heard of it.
I definitely have not read into any research or people's experiences.
I am also interested in what people have to say about it though.
As I say, I do like to walk bare foot for a chunk of the year.
It does give me an amount of pleasure.
Part of that is pure laziness going in and out of the garage and garden

Part of it being enjoying experiencing different textures and temperatures.
Part of it liking being able to walk on less forgiving surfaces.
I don't know if any of my liking it is down to earthing.
I do like to be in touch a bit with what is happening around me.
I like to walk and cycle places all year round.
Experience the different weathers.
I find it odd that people think rain is so awful. Stick a coat on.
Some people go from heated house to heated car to heated office.
I do think there is something to be said for letting your system experience different seasons/temperatures etc.
Feel the sun on you, feel the rain, the wind etc.
I definitely don't feel the cold as much as many other people.
Or it might be that I wear a jumper
