I have a self imposed limit of 5 brushes.
At one stage, I had close to 70 and realised that was just nuts!

Now I have 2 synth and 3 badger. It's much more manageable and fits better with my simple living tendencies.

I'm sitting at 4. Actually 3 and one really stiff-bristled synthetic that ever use and should chuck.

The 3 keepers are all Yaqi synthetics, which I'm perfectly happy with. No need to change, so I'm going to try avoid this particular rabbit hole!

The flaw in that theory is that "die" is the singular and "dice" is the plural. The meaning of life would therefore be "two dice" and that doesn't make sense.

I wouldn’t read too much into the number, Adams himself said on two separate occasions that it was a joke, and 42 was chosen simply because it occurred to him and “would do”.
