Afraid to disappoint, but it looks like the soap I once bought on Etsy from a shop called Tilly's Legacy. Couldn't get a decent foam of it and relegated it to a hand soap. Of course, formula might have been updated since.

The first ingredient is tallow now, so perhaps it has, or maybe you've had a bad batch - I think I got a Rex 1955 from Noggie that produces lather like a hand soap, there were a few with the same issue but it seemed to work fine for others.
Fingers crossed it'll work fine.

Looking under a magnifier(!) I see it is a Tilly’s Legacy soap. It’s vegan, going on the ingredients, so no tallow. I’ll give it a go and let you all know.
