Cold water shaving

Thread revival.

I tried cold water shaving a few times and found it to take away from the pleasure of my morning shave. However, I recently saw a thread on a neighbouring forum discussing a method from a Geofatboy video. Same procedure as a warm water shave, but when rinsing the razor, you use cold water. Consequently, the only thing that is different is that the razor is cold on the skin.

I have tried this for a few days with good results and also find that the shave is no less pleasant than before.

I've been using that method for a couple of years now. In a nutshell it seems to work very well

I find it quite amusing how so-called influencers seem to dig out things that are already out in the wild and package them up as their latest fantastic discovery for which we should all be eternally grateful

I guess these things just need repeating every now and then for the guys that are new to the hobby
