Citizen Eco Drive watches

Had my eco drive for 11 years before the capacitor needed replacing.

Did you have it replaced or did you opt for a new watch. I always liked my Citizen Eco Drive - it was a far better military type watch than most marketed as just that. Lost it sledging after crashing.

To replace via Citizen was more than the watch was worth now. I did try to replace myself but I must have bought a duff capacitor so gave up on the watch.

Switch to automatics.
