It’s got to be something they did for a laugh while getting their head shaved before taking the rest off, a bit like the varying facial hair types a friend photographed while shaving off his full beard the last of which was a Hitler moustache.

Then again, I didn’t believe that the “scouse brow” was something people would do on purpose so I may be wrong.
