Chinese Feather clones

[culcreuch]

Which blades did you get with it?

The ones they offed as an extra. They didn't cost much as there were only 10. Their quoted prices go up to £13.90 for 100. I don't expect many shaves per blade at that price....but they are worth a try.

Missed those...

It would be interesting to hear what those blades are like.
I didn't realise there were Chinese copies of AC blades.

All these razors shave the same - it’s the blade that counts, and my preference, having tried lots, is the Schick. I like to think that my Feather is a bit special because of the custom scales in Ebony and acrylic that I made.

Looking forward to reading some feedback about those Chinese blades too, I had my eyes on these Chinese Feather AC clone razor, but thought about them twice regarding the blade system (I wasn't too keen on being captive).

Does it have a lip at the business end??

Not sure what you mean?

The Original AC SS has a little bulge along the bottom where the edge is exposed. It helps to reduce blade exposure

Not sure what you mean?

If you compare the Feather SS head with the Feather DX, you will notice the SS is more rounded at the bottom where the blade is exposed. The DX is flat, more like a straight.

[culcreuch]

The top one is a Feather SS. Note the difference.....the bottom one is a CJB

Pics if this helps:

Looks as if it is rounded.

Has anyone bought a razor from this seller? This has good shipping cost to me but not sure about the quality.
